Our Guarantee

We will provide you with a quality insurance policy and recommend you read the policy wording carefully, as there are terms, conditions and exclusions in the policy that may not suit your particular needs. If you decide after purchasing the policy this insurance does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel the policy we will gladly refund your premium in full, provided you advise us within 7 days and before your departure and no claim has been lodged.

Our Claims commitment
If you have a claim we endeavour to respond to you or send the claim settlement within ten working days, on receipt of all necessary documentation. Each year we settle approximately 22,000 claims. Our involvement in a claim can start the minute the problem occurs, or from the time the claim form arrives at our office. But regardless of when we become involved our aim is to ensure that the problem is resolved with a minimum of hassle. Claim forms are available from your agent or by calling us.
